If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We will issue a full refund or replace the product at no extra charge. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after approval. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or orders placed in error.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at fancischocolia@gmail.com . After 12 hours, we are unable to process cancellations as the order may already be in production or shipment.
